1 Cup of All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
.5 teaspoon salt
1 egg - Beat
3/4 cup Milk
2 table spoons of vegetable oil or shortening melted
Beat egg until fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth.
Test griddle by sprinkling with few drops of water. If bubbles skitter around, heat is just right.
pour about 3 tablespoons of batter from tip of large spoon.
Flip and do like how pancakes do
Makes about 6-8 pancakes
