1 Beef Chuck Roast
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can of water
1 Packet of Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
4-5 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
Garlic Pepper to Taste
Carrots
Celery
1 Onion
Brown Roast on both sides on stove top
Place in Crock Pot or Roaster
Add cream of mushroom soup, water, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce, Garlic Pepper
Cook at 375 for 1 hour
Baste Meat with gravy mixture
Add Carrot and Celery cut into chunks and lay on top of roast.
Cook Additional 1 hour and serve. It should make a nice gravy mixture
If cooking in crock pot - Brown both sides of meat and put all together with meat on bottom. Cook all day on low. - Pre assemble the night before and refrigerate and just plug in the morning.
